1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Home Med Cabinet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is provided by Vibe Solutions AI, operating from Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Home Med Cabinet is a medication management application that allows you to track your household medications, expiry dates, inventory, and shopping lists. The App stores all medication data locally on your device.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the App or our website.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal medication management
• Ensure the accuracy of the information you enter into the App
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Since data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App will permanently delete all your data.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal periods are displayed in the App before purchase. All payments are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Terms of Service. To manage or cancel your subscription, use your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Vibe Solutions AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

The data you enter into the App remains your property. We claim no ownership over your personal medication data.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Home Med Cabinet is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The App is an organizational tool designed to help you keep track of your medications. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The App does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your medications. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information managed through the App.

We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of, or reliance on, information stored in the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe Solutions AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or its subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the App if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID settings before uninstalling.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes that affect your rights, we will provide notice through the App or via our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
